Personal Interests
Dr. Chun and her husband, a police detective, live in Silver Spring. In her free time, Dr. Chun loves cooking and trying new recipes.
Biography
Dr. Chun was born in raised on Oahu in Hawaii. She received her BS degree from George Washington University in Computer Science. She then spent 2 years teaching at DC Public schools and received her MA in Teaching from American University. While she loved her students, witnessing their struggles with the challenges they faced outside of the classroom inspired Dr. Chun to pursue a career in medicine. She then completed her MS in Biomedical Sciences and went to medical school at Meharry Medical College.
Dr. Chun received her medical training at Children’s National Medical Center and then joined our practice.
